The mission of the Training & Placement Cell at S.S. BAPU INSTITUTE OF POLYTECHNIC BELTHRA ROAD BALLIA is to provide students a platform for exercising their potential to gain precious experience by working in the industry. It works as an interface between the organizations seeking talented and Young Diploma engineers of different disciplines. Special training on logical & aptitude development, personality development, life skills, and technical conceptual knowledge are provided to make the students employable in private, government sectors. In addition, the Training & Placement Cell of S.S. BAPU INSTITUTE OF POLYTECHNIC also arranges expert talks from Industry Managers having expertise in both Technical and Human Resource domain. Various workshops and seminars are organized during different semesters for the students to make them aware of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
